Dear Tacticians, we are recruiting new members to join our team of Fearless Pioneers who will be rewarded for creating content with The Lord of the Rings: Rise to War's stamp of approval. Of three positions we seek, be it Video Makers, Art Creators and Loremasters, apply today!

This announcement contains all current available jobs. For warriors who are interested, please read it carefully.

Fearless Pioneer Roles

1. 30 Video Makers: Creators of all video content, including but not limited to live-streaming, game video, game test video, game guides and commentary.

2. 15 Art Creators: Makers of LOTR: Rise to War related fan works, including paintings, comics, memes, fanfiction and cosplay images.

3. 15 Loremasters: Composers of game culture and lore, including strategic article creation, data collection, wikipedia construction, forum management, and forum Q&A leaders.

Fearless Pioneer Rules

1. Submissions must not contain any illegal or unlawful content or content that infringe on legitimate rights of a third party or any content that is inappropriate.Other than content from the game, the content of your submission must be originally created by and solely owned by you.

2. Your submission may only be used for purposes of participating in this contest. You will not make any other use of the submission.

3. The copyright and other intellectual property rights of“The Lord of the Rings”and its derivative works belongs to New Line Films, The Saul Zaentz Company, WB Games Inc.and/orapplicable rights holders(collectively,“Rights Holders”). Through the submission of your work, you hereby irrevocably grant to Rights Holders the non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, no-cost license and right to use and otherwise exploit (and to exercise all of the personal and property rights included in the copyright in) your submission without having to give any compensation or attribution to you or any third party[except for the awarding of the prizes to the winners in this contest].

Requirements

1. Our Video Makers should have participated in the CBT test, and have some experience with strategy game play.

2. Video Makers should have experience using video production, post-production and special effects software.

3. We expect our Video Makers to have a video platform (Youtube/Twitch) with over 100 followers, or content with over 5,000 views.

4. We also expect our Video Makers to have already made two LOTR: Rise to War or LOTR related videos.

5. The conditions can be relaxed or altered depending on the situation.

Benefits

1. Financial Compensation for videos and live-streams, dependent on length and quality.

2. Increased viewership and traffic from exposure and the purchase of additional exposure.

3. Official and direct support from LOTR: Rise to War team.

4. Regularly distributed game bonuses.

Requirements

1. Our Art Creators should love the LOTR franchise, and have some kind of understanding of LOTR: Rise to War.

2. Our Art Creators should already have a portfolio of relevant art, or a social media platform with more than 500 followers.

3. The conditions can be relaxed or altered depending on the situation.

Requirements

1. Our Loremasters should have participated in the beta, and should be very proficient with gameplay.

2. Our Loremasters should be able to describe and prove their in-game abilities with a cover letter or screenshots of in-game achievements.
